I'd highly recommend this place - it's a new hotel located in a great spot, close to the town center, the ferry to the old town, and not far from the city center.

The room was beautiful and the staff was helpful! Shower facilities, toiletries, and bath sheets were a plus. The location was great for visiting bars and restaurants close to the hotel. There was a good choice of bars and restaurants.

Staying in the apartment with a city view was great because it had a stovetop, a washing machine, and glassware available.

We had a great value for our money at Wex Apartments, with a lovely room that felt like home. The location was perfect, right in the center with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the bus station. The staff were responsive and accommodating, even surprising my husband with a birthday treat. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast choices better would be a wider selection of international options.

the wex hotels in fredrikstad is a great find. the apartment was spotless, and the location is perfect - right in the centre of town. we had plenty of nearby restaurants - bakeries, and shops to explore. the staff also provided outstanding follow-up - making us feel well taken care of.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and it had a homely feel which made it feel more comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions, and being able to split the cost between multiple guests made it an affordable option. Extra touches like complimentary coffee and soda were a nice bonus.

The lack of security on the door made me feel uneasy, particularly when travelling alone. Additionally, there were some minor maintenance issues that affected my stay, such as a door that wouldn't close and a mysterious buzzing noise. While these were not major problems, they did detract from the overall experience. It would also have been useful to have an air dryer in the apartment for guests to use.
